Pery Consulting Group was founded by Rafe Pery in 2008. PCG provides comprehensive accounting and operations services to the non-profit sector. The group includes a growing team of 25 consultants with a broad range of experiences in the non-profit sector from day-to-day accounting up to the CFO level.
We specialize in assisting organizations with complex private and public funding sources to maximize grants and contracts and to ensure compliance with grant requirements. We understand the importance of cost allocation as well as cost center reporting as key to meeting the goals of the organization.
Pery Consulting Group works exclusively in the non-profit sector and assists organizations that are experiencing rapid growth or operational challenges such as a financial crisis, staffing transitions, an accounting system clean-up, a merger/reorganization, or the need to establish and/or finetune systems, policies, and procedures.
